Terms of Service

Pray for Your Peoplesends weekly prayer emails to the people in an organization's directory — a church's congregation, a ministry's staff and supporters, or any community a Christian organization prays for — collects replies and private prayer requests, and shares them with the organization's leadership. People who share a home can be grouped so they receive one email together. By registering an organization or signing in, you agree to these terms on its behalf.

• Admins are responsible for who they invite as leaders and elders, and for keeping their organization's directory accurate.
• You confirm that your organization has an existing relationship with the people in its directory and an appropriate basis to email them. The service may only be used to contact your own community — never purchased lists or strangers.
• Your organization owns its data. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle it, including encryption, retention, and deletion.

Use the service for the prayer and care of your people. Do not use it to send spam, solicitations, or unlawful content; to harass anyone; or to probe or disrupt the service. Every recipient must keep a working unsubscribe link. We may suspend organizations that put email deliverability or other organizations at risk, and will tell you when we do.

• The core prayer features are free, without time limits.
• The Plus plan is billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, Plus features remain active until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't give partial refunds unless the law requires it.
• Prices may change; we will email admins at least 30 days before a change affects an active subscription.

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Email delivery ultimately depends on receiving mail servers we don't control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your organization at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate organizations that violate these terms; where practical, we will warn admins first and provide an export of their data.

If these terms change materially, we will notify organization admins by email before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Questions: [email protected].
