How it works
Step 1
Bring in your directory
Import your people from a CSV export, a number of supported church management system platforms, or add them by hand. People who share a home get one email together.
Step 2
A few people get an email each week
On the day and time you choose, each selected person gets an email from your organization asking how you can pray for them. No reply after a few days? One gentle reminder.
Step 3
Replies come back to your leaders
Answers land in a weekly digest for your leadership, alongside a count of private requests that only elders can view. Nothing to install, nothing for your people to sign up for — they just reply to an email.
Prayer requests are sacred. We treat them that way.
Encrypted at rest
Prayer replies and private requests are encrypted before they touch the database, so they can't be read from backups or database dumps.
Private means private
Requests marked private are visible to your elders only. Weekly digests show a count — never the words.
You set the retention
Keep prayer history as long as it serves your community, or have it permanently deleted after a window you choose.
